What is the opportunity?
The successful candidate will be responsible for mortgage fulfillment and/or servicing of complex transactions including verification of mortgage documents using extensive knowledge of credit products and services.
What will you do?
- Ensure policy, process and procedures as outlined in KRC are strictly followed
- Verify for completeness and process incoming credit applications and limit requests with supporting documents for Bahamas and TCI mortgages
- Expected to process work volumes as measured through established service level agreements and standards
- Demonstrate a solid understanding and able to navigate through a variety of bank applications to complete incoming work
- Monitor to ensure decreasing trend in client/service partner error impact
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Knowledge of Lending Products and RBC Banking applications e.g. RIBS
- Very strong client first orientation
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and perform activities in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
