How you will create an impact: Lead project workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong client impact, and timely execution. Act as key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and guiding them through complex business challenges. Drive the development of strategic recommendations based on data analysis, market insights, and customer understanding. Translate complex analyses into clear, structured, and compelling client presentations and deliverables. Collaborate with team members to develop and assess strategic options via targeted business and market insights, playing an active role in shaping project direction and problem-solving approaches in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Carry out competitive and benchmarking analyses and evaluations. Contribute to business development activities, working closely with Partners to support proposal development and pitches. Support the development of best practices across projects by contributing to internal knowledge building. Your profile: Exceptional academic achievements in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or doctoral program in fields such as business, economics, engineering or sciences. 3 years professional experience in consulting, ideally with exposure to Healthcare Life Sciences, or relevant experience in the Healthcare Life Sciences industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and collaborate with diverse clients on a wide range of challenges. Fluency or professional working proficiency in English, and either Dutch, German or French. Entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, curious, and driven, with a sharp and critical mindset.
