How You’ll Contribute

As a Senior Associate in DS&E, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the design and implementation of digital tools, platforms, and automation workflows.
- Conduct technical and operational analysis to inform solution design and delivery.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure progress, quality, and alignment.
- Guide and mentor Associates, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and solution design.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET technologies.
- Build secure, scalable, and maintainable components aligned with architecture and coding standards.
- Support API integration with frontend, data, cloud, and third-party systems.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications such as Azure Fundamentals, AWS Associate, or Scrum Master (in progress) are encouraged or preferred.
- 3+ years of backend development experience using C#, .NET Core, and API-based applications.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, clean code, and secure development.
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams and collaborating with architects, tech leads, QA, DevOps, and frontend teams.
- Technical Skills
- C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework Core.
- REST APIs, authentication, authorization, validation, error handling, logging, and monitoring.
- SQL Server, PostgreSQL, stored procedures, data modelling, and query optimization.
- Git, CI/CD, unit testing, Docker, and cloud deployment exposure.
- Angular / TypeScript exposure is a plus.
- Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Quality-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Language Skills
- Fluent English required; Arabic is advantageous.
Travel Requirements: Your flexibility to travel 70% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required. Where possible, we will take your preferences into account and strike a balance between meeting your career development/personal needs and those of the business and our clients.
