Quality Control Analyst – Fixed Term Contract
This position reports into Plant Quality and Quality System/Compliance Lead and is based at Mandra - Greece.

What you will do
The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for performing routine tests and analyses to ensure products meet specifications, documenting results, and assisting with quality improvements. You will also support calibration, investigate defects, and collaborate with teams to enhance processes and resolve recurring issues:
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical (HPLC) testing on finished products to support product quality evaluation and compliance with established specifications.
- Perform physicochemical analyses on bulk and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with established specifications.
- Conduct RM sampling and testing to ensure compliance with established specifications.
- Support calibration plan for Analytical Lab instruments, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Support stability program for marketed products to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in laboratory investigations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records, ensuring proper data entry and traceability.
- Conduct internal audits in accordance with the site’s Internal Audit (IA) schedule, ensuring compliance with quality systems and identifying areas for improvement.
- Support Quality and Compliance projects by contributing expertise, driving implementation of improvements, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational standards.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or another relevant scientific discipline.
- 6 months –1 year of experience in quality control, technician role, or laboratory testing environments.
- Advanced expertise in HPLC analysis and solid understanding of quality and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established testing procedures and protocols accurately.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in an FMCG / manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge or hands‑on experience with SAP.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for maintaining high standards and ensuring product excellence.
- Ability to contribute fresh ideas to improve quality processes.
