Job Description
The Global Data Strategy Director will work jointly with the Office of the Provost and Pitt Global/UCIS to drive strategy around Pitt’s global data infrastructure and use to advance international education objectives at Pitt and to promote Pitt’s global impact. The Director will partner with key stakeholders in both units to (1) conduct (and promote) evaluations of the contributions of global education and international studies to student success, (2) develop resources to showcase (and promote) Pitt’s global reach and reputation, and (3) ensure that the data infrastructure supports these activities.
Provides leadership for the School’s strategic priorities and the operations that support them. Works closely with the School’s academic leadership, research leadership, business leadership and the University to support excellence and distinction in fulfilling the School’s mission and goals.
