As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Operations Manager to help build and scale the operational capabilities that support our stores, educational representatives, online business, and internal operations.
About the Role
The HR Coordinator supports day-to-day HR operations by managing employee lifecycle administration, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure HR processes are carried out consistently and efficiently. This role plays a key part in onboarding, offboarding, HR systems updates, compliance documentation, and employee support, while also helping improve the overall effectiveness of the HR function.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation, system updates, and process communication.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support leave, benefits, payroll, and compliance administration in partnership with internal or external providers.
- Respond to employee and manager questions related to HR processes, policies, and routine requests.
- Works closely with finance leadership and payroll team members
- Stays current on state and federal HR compliance and laws
- Identify process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and employee experience within HR operations.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of HR coordination, people operations, or administrative support experience required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field preferred.
- 1 year experience with HRIS platforms (preferably Paycom), spreadsheets, and employee recordkeeping.
- Strong detail orientation, organization, discretion, and follow-through.
- Willing to take initiative to ensure the HR function runs smoothly.
- Comfort supporting multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
