Director Global Operations Planning

The Director, Global Operations Planning leads our enterprise Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and global inventory strategy to ensure we profitably meet demand, improve service levels, and optimize working capital. This role is also the business owner for the Global Operational Excellence (OpX) program—setting standards, auditing performance, and accelerating continuous improvement across plants and world areas. This role will partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital/Automation teams to translate strategy into an executable plan, govern performance, and course correct with data driven rigor.
