Home Visitor, Early Childhood Program, Lorain County - Full-Time & Flexible

Catholic Charities, is seeking mission-driven candidates to join our Help Me Grow Program as a Home Visitor. In this role you will work with pregnant mothers, caregivers and their children (0-5) to promote healthy child development and positive interactions between caregiver and child. This position is responsible for engaging families who have been referred to the program; completing home visits, develop goals, conduct screenings/assessments, facilitate parenting education activities and making referrals to community resources. Qualified candidates must have at least an Associate's Degree in Human Services (early childhood, social work, psychology, etc.) and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
