Coder Inpatient

We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Coder who can accurately abstract, code, sequence, and interpret clinical information across inpatient and related records. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong expertise in ICD-10-CM/PCS coding, DRG/APC reimbursement methodologies, and official coding guidelines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance. This role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, meet productivity and quality standards (95% quality), and uphold strict confidentiality and regulatory requirements. Strong communication skills, adaptability across specialties, and a collaborative, professional approach are essential for success.
