Job Description
Ensuring that industrial assumptions (PIO, MoB, Macro-process) align with industrial Reflib and SMP/SML of the product range during the tender phase
Validating quotations relative to industrial costs
Implementing standard processes and product solutions (SMP/SML, standard equipment, standard solutions) during project execution
Ensuring manufacturability and transferability using validated technologies
Following co-engineering methodologies to optimize lead time and quality of development
Validating industrial scope during gate reviews and ensuring Serial Go conditions are met
Overseeing documentation and ERP data to ensure completeness, timeliness, and quality
Organizing and implementing manufacturing equipment in line with EHS rules and QCD targets
Driving continuous improvement actions and supporting production teams
Managing staff capacity, competencies, and workload forecasts
Contributing to PME networks and improving standards
Encouraging participation of team members in relevant networks
