Develop and present strategic roadmaps for digital transformation of downstream oil and gas business
Define and document new processes, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technology solutions.
Leverage data, analytics, IoT, AI/ML, cloud platforms and digital twins to generate insights, improve decision-making and operational performance for oil and gas downstream clients
Engage with clients across global geographies, collaborate with EY member firms and internal subject-matter experts, and maintain high-quality stakeholder relationships.
Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and value creation
Mentor and manage consulting teams, build capability within the team, ensure delivery excellence and knowledge transfer.
Facilitate organizational change management for digital adoption and capability building.
Contribute to EY’s Energy Consulting practice through whitepapers, client workshops, and solution development.
Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and shaping proposals.
