HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Foreman, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing a variety of HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial settings. You will prioritize daily tasks and ensure projects are completed properly and efficiently. A key part of the role involves developing and training apprentices, coordinating job materials, labor, and equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining clear communication via phone and email. You will also be responsible for adhering to company safety standards, keeping the job site and company van organized, and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality.
