Engineering Section Lead for Cockpit & Trim D&R, responsible for managing the end-to-end development of world-class interior systems for Ford US and Mexico. I lead a team of engineers from early design through final production, ensuring robust designs and failure mode avoidance by applying rigorous engineering disciplines (DFMEA/PFMEA). My role focuses on meeting key vehicle attributes—including cost, weight, and quality—while hitting all GPDS milestones. Based onsite at GTBC Mexico, I provide technical mentorship and strategic leadership to deliver high-quality functional designs and drive continuous improvement across all interior programs
