Job Description
The Director of Marketing Strategy is responsible for connecting Cardinal Group's management services with the company's full platform of marketing, technology, and operational solutions. This role partners closely with Business Development, Agency Fifty3, Portfolio teams, and cross-functional departments to drive adoption of Cardinal's value-added services. This position focuses on supporting new business acquisition by developing cohesive sales narratives, aligning marketing strategies, and guiding clients through the full Cardinal platform. The role also ensures smooth transition from sales to execution by coordinating contracted services, supporting onboarding, and maintaining alignment between clients and internal teams.
