Wait Staff at Pacific Seafood is a key role on our Retail team supporting efforts to deliver an excellent dining experience to our guests. This position involves serving, delivering food, and supporting kitchen staff and is ideal for someone adaptable, detail-orientated, and customer-focused. 


Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service and Satisfaction
    • Assist restaurant customers by taking food orders and providing entrée information and order suggestions.
    • Serve orders promptly.
    • Assist customers with inquiries and complaints.
  2. Menu Knowledge and Food Service
    • Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the menu.
    • Assist the kitchen staff and the fish counter when necessary.
  3. Compliance and Safety
    • Adhere to food and beverage safety and sanitation standards at all times.
    • Maintain a clean work environment, wash dishes, wipe down tables and counters.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary to support the overall goals and objectives of the position.




What you bring to Pacific Seafood

Education and Experience
  • Required
    • No required experience needed.
  • Preferred
    • One year of experience in waiting tables and serving, or a combination of training and experience.
    • Prior formal culinary training
    • Food handler’s card

  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
