3rd Shift Production Supervisor

You'll be responsible for the supervision of 3rd shift operations at the Plymouth Production and Distribution facility. Coordination is required between this position and other Shift Supervisors, Production Manager, Line Leads and Lead personnel, Safety Managers, and Human Resources. The key challenge of this position is to continually improve the overall effectiveness through improvements to safety, processing and packaging costs, product quality, and employee morale.
