This isn’t a “coffee-and-note-taking” internship. With us, you will:

  • work on real digital campaigns,
  • learn directly from experienced Digital & Media Managers,
  • gradually take on real ownership of projects,
  • gain hands-on experience in digital marketing within an international organization with strong, well-known brands.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the team in developing communication strategies and building strong brand image
  • Co-creating and executing marketing campaigns (digital & media), including:
    – reviewing media plans prepared by the media agency
    – ensuring implementation of digital creative effectiveness best practices
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Brand Managers, eCommerce, CMI, Medical/Regulatory teams, as well as with external partners such as media agencies, creative agencies, and influencers
  • Monitoring digital campaign performance, analyzing data, drawing insights, and preparing reports and presentations
  • Supporting digital content and asset management and participating in media/digital transformation projects
  • Handling ad-hoc projects supporting the daily work of Digital & Media Managers
  • Actively participating in team meetings and collaborating with brand teams and the global media team

About you:

  • A student or recent graduate (preferred fields: Marketing, Management, Economics, or related)
  • Availability of at least 32 hours per week – this is essential
  • Someone eager to learn, engaged, and not afraid to ask questions
  • A person with strong analytical thinking skills and confidence working with data
  • Proactive, independent, communicative, and comfortable working in a team environment
  • Very good command of English
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
