
Premises Assistant Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Facilities Operations & Service Delivery
Support the day‑to‑day management of facilities operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services across the premises, including staff restaurants, transportation, housekeeping, mailroom, security coordination, and other workplace services
Act as the operational interface with third‑party suppliers, ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed contracts, KPIs, and UBS standards.
Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular service reviews, and proactively address service gaps or operational risks
Vendor & Contract Management
Support contract administration and governance for facilities-related vendors, including catering and transport partners.
Track KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements, escalating issues where service delivery or safety standards are at risk.
Assist with cost monitoring, invoice validation, and identification of efficiency or optimization opportunities
Workplace Experience & Employee Engagement
Ensure staff restaurants and transport services deliver a consistently positive employee experience, balancing quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
Support workplace initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction, engagement, and well‑being.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Support compliance with local statutory requirements, building safety norms, fire safety, and internal UBS policies.
Promote a strong safety culture across all facilities services and suppliers, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated proactively
