Job Description:
This position is set to maintain the TE status matrix, TE documents training and TE over work time matrix. Also support Engineers to do setup and collection data during new product development and release process, and maximize the efficiency of Test Engineering group.
此职位主要为维护TE工作、培训，加班记录，实验设备状态管理，并且支持工程部门做设备的准备工作，协助在新产品开发和发布的过程中收集数据，使测试工程部门的效率最大化。
Key Responsibilities关键职责
1.Maintain TE status matrix weekly and send to Director in time. Update new product information in matrix. Support STR-Order check and setup sheet release for engineer stage and work as TE contact window to other department.
维护TE matrix，按时汇报给Director。负责新产品的信息录入。负责工程阶段的STR-Order 检查及setup sheet 发布, 作为TE联系窗口负责对外信息的连接。
2.Maintain TE documents training record, OPL training documents, etc.
维护TE 文档培训的记录, OPL 培训文档等。
3.Create bin sort units (golden units) for all new product releases at time of release.
为所有新发布产品准备BS所用芯片。
4.Help test engineer to setup h/w and handler/prober to support wafersort probing, characterization, buyoff and tri-temp testing.
帮助测试工程师设置硬件和handler/prober，以完成晶圆的测试，产品特性，程序验证以及三温测试的准备工作。
5.Track TE NPD check list. Create NPD information into ENG HW sheet in TSS system and maintain the data up-to-date.
跟踪TE 新产品开发核对清单。 在TSS系统中新建ENG HW sheet，并持续更新该信息。
6.Maintain the wafer bake setup sheet for ENG use after product NPPP/NPRF release.
在产品正式发布后，维护晶圆烘烤的setup sheet。
7.Collect and transfer TE HW for STR-ENG use.
为工程试跑收集并转运TE的硬件。
8. Others job assigned by supervisor.
主管安排的其他工作。
Required Skills所需的技能
1. Tester operating capability if preferred. 具备测试机操作技能者优先。
2. Familiar with Office software( Excel, Word, PPT) . 熟悉办公软件操作。
3. Good communication skill. 良好的交流能力。
