Ability to perform as a multi-skilled Maintenance Associate including, but not limited to, electrical, electronic, PLC, controls, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.
Perform corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance on all equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment issues using schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Initiate, document, and participate in company-wide Kaizen projects.
Ability to perform maintenance tasks that will require work at a multitude of elevations in the plant.
Active in Safety, Environmental, and Continuous Improvement activities.
Participation in additional technical training opportunities.
Must be able to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
