What You�ll Do
-Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes or community settings
-Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
-Track progress with accurate, simple data collection
-Support skill-building in communication, independence, and social behavior
-Build strong connections with children and their families
-Partner closely with your supervising BCBA to ensure quality and consistency
What We�re Looking For

-Strong reliability, professionalism, and communication skills
-Patience, compassion, and a desire to grow
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Reliable transportation
-Prior ABA experience or experience working with children on the Autism spectrum
Additional Details
-Sessions take place in the client�s home or community
-Part-time position
-Minimum 6-month commitment
-You have the option to complete the 40-hour RBT course. We�re here to help if you choose to do so.
