Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE: The CRM Operations & Loyalty Intern will support the Loyalty & CRM Manager in executing and optimizing customer engagement campaigns across e-mail and loyalty channels. The Intern will play a key role in improving reporting visibility, streamlining campaign operations, and supporting cross-functional coordination. They will gain experience in lifecycle marketing strategy, campaign execution, and how data-driven insights inform marketing decisions within a national restaurant brand. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: INTERNS WILL LEARN: • CRM and loyalty platform operations (campaign setup, QA, deployment)
• How to analyze marketing performance across email and loyalty channels
• Marketing operations workflows and cross-functional coordination
• How large-scale promotional calendars are managed end-to-end including monthly
calendar planning and an integrated tent-pole event. WORK OVERVIEW: 1. CRM & Loyalty Reporting Support
• Compile and analyze daily loyalty performance metrics
• Compile campaign-level CRM performance metrics (email/SMS)
• Identify trends and summarize weekly insights 2. Campaign Execution & QA Support
• Brief and setup loyalty offers in Punchh
• QA and Test campaigns
• Lead cross functional initiatives including QA, communications, and business
optimization
• Manage campaign timelines and ensure on-time deployment 3. Promotional & eGift Card Planning Support
• Design annual eGift promotional calendar
• Coordinate creative briefs for upcoming holidays (Halloween/DDLM, Christmas)
• Track timelines, asset delivery, and reporting requests QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
