Lube Technician

The Lube Technician is a customer-facing, hands-on team member responsible for performing oil changes, fluid checks, and other basic vehicle maintenance services at Spotless Brands lube centers. This role is critical to deliver quick, quality service and ensure every customer leaves with confidence in their vehicle’s care.

Lube Technicians work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are expected to follow all safety and operational procedures. They are also trained to communicate service needs, educate customers on preventative maintenance, and help ensure the overall success of the location through cleanliness, professionalism, and reliable performance.
