Director of Operations

Baylor University is seeking a Director of Operations for the Baylor Center for Disability and Flourishing. The Director of Operations oversees the day-to-day operations, systems, and organizational infrastructure of the Baylor Center for Disability and Flourishing. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role ensures effective administrative, financial, and personnel processes that support the Center’s mission, projects, and growth. The Director of Operations coordinates internal systems, supervises staff and student workers, and represents the Center in key operational relationships across Baylor University.
