Job Description
Our Mission and Vision
At Solidgate, our mission is clear: to empower outstanding entrepreneurs to build exceptional internet companies. We exist to fuel the builders — the ones shaping the digital economy — with the financial infrastructure they deserve. To achieve that, we’re on a bold path: to become the #1 payments orchestration platform in the world.
We believe the future of payments is shaped by people who think big, take ownership, and bring curiosity and drive to everything they do. That’s exactly the kind of teammates we want on board.
We're building the #1 payment orchestrator in the world — and the names behind us prove it. Clients include Bolt, Ajax, Nova Post, MEGOGO. Trusted by giants like J.P. Morgan. Ranked #2 in the "Employer of the Year 2026" award by Forbes Ukraine.
About the Team and Role
Solidgate is a licensed fintech institution in the EU - and expanding fast. New jurisdictions, new entities, new licenses. Legal isn't a support function here, it's core infrastructure for everything we build.
You'll join a professional legal team and own the operational legal backbone: contracts, templates, regulatory research, document automation, and compliance across our markets. As the team grows, you choose the direction of your own development — corporate, IP, privacy, or transactional.
What you'll own
Draft, update, and own the internal legal templates that keep the business running
Keep contract registries clean, structured, and always up to date
Support legal and account ops on day-to-day tasks that actually move things forward
Shape how we automate document workflows and legal procedures at scale
Dig into regulatory requirements across every market we operate in — and the ones we're entering next
You're a great fit if you have
1+ year of experience as a lawyer, junior lawyer, paralegal, or legal intern
Real hands-on work with contracts and legal research — not just theory
Strong English, B2 and above — written and spoken
Confidence working in Word and Google Docs/Sheets, including complex document formatting
A genuine drive to learn, grow, and take feedback head-on

Why Solidgate?
You're building something real. The legal function is still taking shape — you won't be inheriting a finished system, you'll be helping create one. Your work will have direct impact on how we scale.
Complex, regulated product. We're a licensed fintech institution in the EU, actively pursuing licenses in new jurisdictions. The legal work here is substantive — not just templates and filing.
Choose your direction. As the team grows, you'll have genuine room to lean into the area that excites you most: corporate, IP, privacy, transactional. The specialization is yours to shape.
A-player team. You'll work closely with experienced legal and ops professionals — and learn fast.
💌 The Extras: 30+ days off, unlimited sick leave, free office meals, health coverage, and Apple gear to keep you productive. Courses, conferences, sports and wellness benefits — all designed for ideas, focus, and fun.
Tomorrow’s fintech needs your mindset. Come build it with us.
🫂 Know top talent? We’re always on the lookout. Refer someone for our role, and if they get hired, there’s a bonus waiting for you — simple as that.
