
Senior, Data Scientist (Personalization)

What you'll do...
About the Team:
- Develop state of the art techniques in Machine Learning, Personalization and Recommendation systems
- Design, implement, and own the state-of-the-art Machine Learning approaches including deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative AI techniques
- Collaborate with other tech leads on top-down or bottom-up initiatives and priorities
- Develop data models and iteratively improve them based on new data insights
- Design, architect and iterate on data models
- Iterate, challenge, and accelerate best practices in Personalization and Item Recommendations
- Master's degree/Ph. D in Data Science, Computer Science or related fields with practical experience
- Expertise in Machine Learning, Statistics, Generatlive AI, Personalization and Item Recommendation algorithms
- Experience in data science and building and evaluating large scale machine learning and deep learning models
- Experience in designing and deploying highly scalable Recommenders systems for e-commerce
- Curiosity in state-of-the-art techniques in recommendation related areas
- Exceptional business acumen and problem-solving skills, a demonstrated ability to prototype and implement complex AI solutions
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and written skills
- Strong coding skills in Python or other related language
- Experience building scalable data pipelines using Spark, Hive, and/or SQL
- Experience designing scalable end-to-end model architectures and conducting experiments in PyTorch/TensorFlow to solve complex predictive modeling problems
- Personalization and recommendation development and implementation experience in an e-commerce environment strongly preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
