What you will do in this role

As a Customer Representative, you will:

  • Assist customers through email or tickets enthusiastically and professionally.
  • Handle complex (Level 3) customer cases with a strong focus on quality and resolution; 
  • Perform in depth case analysis to ensure accurate and efficient solutions; 
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with high satisfaction standards; 
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. EMG teams) to resolve escalations; 
  • Manage interactions with external partners such as Tour Operators and Brokers; 
  • Take ownership of cases from start to resolution, ensuring accountability; 
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 

Your qualifications
