Senior Logistics & Inventory Supervisor

Stop any material, shipment, or equipment that poses a risk to operations and identify unsafe conditions, involving EHS in project development when required

Manage inventory, materials, and personnel to meet production and shipping schedules

Oversee shipments during regular days and holidays based on customer and Lab requirements

Provide feedback and coaching to team members regarding work instructions and production/shipping timelines

Supervise and manage assigned personnel, including attendance, vacations, and overtime

Coordinate export activities for finished goods with the Customs department

Coordinate import processes for materials with the Customs department

Assign bin locations for new products (lenses and/or frames)

Generate lens receiving transactions in Oracle and ensure proper documentation
