This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced casino environment, has strong technical knowledge of slot systems, and enjoys leading teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What You’ll Do
As the Slot Performance Supervisor, you will oversee the daily technical operations of the Slot Department while supporting the Director in developing and implementing department procedures, technical standards, and operational strategies. This position plays a key role in ensuring slot performance, equipment functionality, team development, and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and coaching Slot Tech team members
- Assisting with recruitment, hiring, and training
- Managing slot machine maintenance standards and inventory controls
- Coordinating machine moves and floor layout modifications
- Monitoring operational systems and identifying process improvements
- Partnering with vendors, regulators, and internal departments
- Delivering outstanding guest service and problem resolution
- Supporting departmental budgeting and technical projects
Qualifications
We’re seeking candidates who bring:
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service-driven industry
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a high-volume casino environment
- Strong technical understanding of slot machines and slot systems
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software
- Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
- Valid Driver’s License required
