Located in Pilot Point, Texas, Western Son Distillery operates out of a historic, repurposed factory just north of the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Job Description/Responsibilities
The Warehouse Technician plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including order picking, inventory control, and product movement. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate shipments, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting production through efficient material handling. It’s a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are essential.
What You’ll Do
- Perform order picking, truck loading, and product staging for shipment
- Operate forklifts and support automated warehouse equipment and processes
- Maintain accurate inventory through counts, verification, and system updates
- Support receiving and movement of finished goods between production and warehouse
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse environment
Qualifications/Requirements
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good vision, manual dexterity, and attention to detail
Preferred:
- 2+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Experience operating forklifts or material handling equipment
- Familiarity with inventory processes and warehouse systems
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout a shift
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying conditions

The hourly range for this role is $20.39 hourly to start with increases based on performance. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
