Position Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between IT and finance, leveraging technology to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency. A primary focus of this role will be preparing our greenfield SAP S4/HANA environment for an upcoming IPO by strengthening internal controls and streamlining accounting processes. This individual will be responsible for optimizing SAP utilization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial systems and reporting accuracy to meet strict public company audit standards.
