Job Description
The National Facilities Administrator provides nationwide administrative, and systems support to the Key Account Manager and Facility Managers, coordinating work orders, permits, compliance registers, and documentation to ensure smooth FM service delivery. The role liaises with client representatives and subcontractors to manage maintenance activities, supports financial processes such as invoicing and vendor queries, prepares KPI and HSEQ reporting, and oversees contractor onboarding and performance monitoring. It also contributes to people processes, including recruitment and training, while driving continuous improvement across FM operations.
