Employment Coordinator (Coppell, TX) - Austin Bridge & Road

The purpose of this job is to assist in the coordination and administration of applicants through the employment office. Greet and assist candidates in the application process and pre-employment assessments. Responsible for verifying work history, any certifications, and informing candidate of manpower needs relative to their craft. Responsible for initiating the hire in process upon job offer made by recruiter and ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate. Responsible for preparing office for business opening and ensuring employment office area is ready for incoming individuals.
