The Janitor plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment at Compass Health’s MARC Healing Center. This position ensures that all areas of the facility — including common areas, offices, patient rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and meeting spaces — are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards. The Janitor supports overall facility operations through efficient cleaning, waste management (including hazardous waste), and collaboration with the Building Maintenance team to ensure a sa
