Maintenance Assistant

Position Summary: Responsible for the community's heating/cooling systems, water, gas, electrical, and mechanical systems. Is responsible for the general appearance and condition of the exterior of the building and grounds. Is responsible for maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations relating to the physical plant and safety requirements. Maintains the community in an aesthetic and well operating manner.
