About this opportunity: 

A successful Temporary Admissions Ambassador applicant should possess skills in communication, on-camera confidence, organization, social media content creation, collaboration and project management. Interest in marketing for higher education is appreciated but not required. This position offers the opportunity to strengthen project management skills, experience working in social media marketing and other content creation while honing both technical and soft skills, and to work with the larger Office of Admissions team.

Qualifying candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

What you'll do and what you'll bring: 

Position Description:

A Temporary Admissions Ambassador is responsible for assisting the Office of Admissions in the marketing of Ball State to prospective undergraduate students through various content creation and representation. This is a role where assignments vary day to day, and a Temporary Admissions Ambassador must be able to thrive in a creative, flexible, and focused work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year experience with content creation for social media, video, and photo projects.

This position requires a successful completion of a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous university experience or experience at Ball State University.

• Bachelor's degree by time of appointment.
