This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of quality, performance excellence, and customer satisfaction. The Director will work closely with leadership to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and ensure the effective execution of quality initiatives. Family & Children's Services utilizes the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model of care.
