Job Description
The Director of Property Management/Plant Operations is responsible for the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of all physical plant systems within a senior living community. This role oversees building maintenance, life safety systems, environmental services, grounds, and capital improvements to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The Director ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including life safety codes and healthcare standards, while leading plant operations staff, managing budgets, and coordinating vendors. This position plays a critical role in resident satisfaction, risk mitigation, emergency preparedness, and the overall quality of care delivery.
