Warehouse Stager (Full-Time)

Looking for a hands-on role where your work directly impacts customers and daily operations? As a Warehouse Stager, you’ll play a critical role in preparing and organizing shipments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and taking pride in getting the details right. No extensive experience? No problem—we provide training to set you up for success.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately scan and transfer stock and special-order parts between totes (ensuring safe weight limits)
• Build and label pallets clearly and correctly for shipment
• Sort and stage non-conveyable items to the proper pallets
• Assist with loading trucks, ensuring all items are accurate and accounted for
• Help maintain an organized and clean staging area (cardboard, pallets, totes, etc.)
• Support overall warehouse operations and jump in where needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or staging experience is helpful, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow processes and work efficiently
• Good communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active environment
