Job Description
The Payroll Analyst Sr. is responsible for accurately preparing, analyzing, and validating payroll calculations, including wages, taxes, vacation, and severance, in compliance with local legislation, internal policies, and collective agreements. This role supports financial integrity and regulatory compliance through timely reporting and coordination with Finance, HR, and external payroll providers. The position also serves as a key point of contact for associates, ensuring payroll inquiries are resolved clearly and efficiently while maintaining stakeholder trust.

What You Will Do
Calculate, analyze, and verify payroll, vacation, severance, social charges, and related payroll routines accurately and on time.
Prepare and validate payroll reports to support Finance, internal controls, audits, and government requirements.
Review and confirm base salary changes prior to final payroll processing to ensure accurate payments for associates, students, apprentices, and expats.
Prepare and submit all payroll‑related tax obligations correctly and within required deadlines.
Ensure full compliance with internal policies, local legislation, and collective bargaining agreements.
Explain and demonstrate payroll calculations to associates, addressing questions related to payslips and payments.
What We’re Looking For
College Degree in Business Administration, Accountant, Economics, Psychology, Legal or related fields.
Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in payroll or personnel administration area
Strong analytical and organizational skills with consistent attention to detail. Effective communication skills and sound analytical judgment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
