Salary Range: $89,500 – $110,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance. 
  • Recruit for engineering, commissioning, field, and professional roles. 
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. 
  • Deliver a positive, white-glove candidate experience. 
  • Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines. 
  • Support interview processes and hiring decisions.
  • Partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding transitions. 
  • Represent EEI at recruiting events and career fairs as needed. 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience (technical recruiting preferred). 
  • Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills. 
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions. 
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and hiring best practices. 
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
