About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management by synthesizing market demand, industry trends, and user feedback.
  • Conduct research to define requirements, design product architecture and features, and collaborate with R&D to deliver solutions from concept to launch.
  • Monitor operational metrics and collect user insights to drive iterative improvements in functionality and experience.
  • Align cross-functional teams to develop commercialization strategies that amplify product competitiveness, accelerate user growth, and achieve business targets.
  • Research the market, users, and competitors. Streamline business processes, document BRD/PRD, and formulate product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Clarify functional priorities to provide clear direction for product development.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and logical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to conduct market, user, and competitor research and translate findings into clear product requirements.
  • Strong interest in product management and willingness to learn quickly and take ownership of tasks.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant plus.
  • Experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) is a bonus but not mandatory.
