Join us as a Project Management Coordinator – EHR at Dedalus, one of the world’s leading healthcare technology companies, within our ANZ Product Business Unit in Australia. In this role, you will do some of the most meaningful work of your career — supporting the delivery of the Dedalus Electronic Health Record (EHR) to the first ANZ clients across the region, with the aim of enabling better care.
What you’ll achieve
As a Project Management Coordinator – EHR, you will be a self-motivated project administration professional to work directly with the EHR Project Manager & Program Director to support the definition, operationalization, and execution of the ANZ Dedalus EHR implementation program.
This role bridges program design and client delivery for a first-in-country implementation of the EHR solution, which integrates the Europe-leading ORBIS EMR with local PAS, radiology and pathology systems, among other integrations. You will not only have the opportunity to build out the scalable implementation framework and associated, effective tools, you will execute and successfully mobilise it into live projects.
You will
Support Program Director in defining and executing project delivery approach and governance
Align project phases, milestones, and sequencing with EHR implementation methodology
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, driving timely mitigation
Maintain project artefacts, standards, and ensure consistent delivery practices
Define WBS, estimations, and translate product outcomes into implementation tasks
Facilitate workshops with internal and client stakeholders to drive clarity and alignment
Track project financials, time utilisation, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards

Essential Requirements
2–5 years in project coordination/PMO, preferably in enterprise IT or healthcare
Experience supporting system implementations or transformation programs
Strong in managing project artefacts (schedules, RAID logs, status reports, trackers)
Exposure to financial tracking (timesheets, utilisation, basic cost monitoring)
Proficient with tools like MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence
Experience coordinating meetings/workshops with end-to-end follow-up
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; PM certification (PRINCE2/CAPM or equivalent) preferred
Desirable
Exposure to EHR/EMR or healthcare IT projects
Understanding of governance, stage gates, and PMO frameworks
Experience in testing/training coordination and document control practices
Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methods
