2nd Shift Supervisor -Security Industry

Brosnan Security Services seeks enthusiastic, passionate Shift Supervisor for our retail banking locations. The ideal candidate for the Security Officer position is excellent with customers and has an impressive ability to communicate well with others. Compensation: $18-20 per hour

Shift hours:

Wed – Friday 3PM – 11PM

Sat – Sunday 7AM – 3PM

Responsibilities:

-Oversee1-2 site Security Officers

-Execute security services as outlined in site-specific post orders and directed by Security Management

-Stand in a professional position (for up to an entire shift) on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet)

-Act as a customer-friendly deterrent to crime

-Observe and report suspicious activities and persons

-Write detailed narrative reports and maintain daily incident reports (DIRs)

-Enforce rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance.

Qualifications:

-Valid State Issued Security License

-Valid, state-issued Driver's License

-Must have excellent command of the English language

-Must have great customer service/communication skills

-Must have excellent computer skills and/or card access control systems

-Must have reliable transportation

-Must be able to stand for long periods of time

-Military veteran or have law enforcement experience preferred but not required

-2 years minimum Supervisor experience preferably Security Industry

-Retail or relevant Customer Service experience is a plus!
