Production Assistant (Printing & Film Operations)

The Production Assistant is an entry-level manufacturing position that supports production operations across multiple departments including printing, slitting, converting, and extrusion. Employees assist machine operators with material handling, equipment setup support, quality checks, and general production tasks while learning core manufacturing processes.

During the temporary training period, employees will gain exposure to different production operations. When employees convert to full-time status, they will be placed into a specialized assistant role based on demonstrated performance, operational needs, and staffing availability.
