Our marketing division, Flighthouse Media, works with top influencers, artists, labels and brands to create unique marketing campaigns. With the experience of growing our brand to be the largest on TikTok, the Flighthouse team understands the ins and outs of the platform. Music campaigns have included Drake, Roddy Ricch, Meg The Stallion, Doja Cat, Joji, Russ and many more. Brand partners include Hollister, Tinder, Aussie and more. Campaign scopes include sponsored content integrations, white label content creation and TikTok influencer campaigns.

The Flighthouse Department is currently looking for an Influencer Relations Coordinator to help execute both music and brand influencer marketing teams. This role will work with the Influencer Relations team to identify appropriate TikTok influencers for various campaigns, be responsible for outreach, negotiations and overall communication with influencers, managers and agents.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing space

  • Product fluency across social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.

  • Superior communication skills - both verbal and written

  • Self-starter willing to grow in a startup environment


RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Stay on top of the latest pop culture / TikTok trends

  • Help to identify the most impactful influencers for various campaigns

  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, managers, and agents

  • Negotiate with influencers, managers, and agents

  • Contribute to influencer + creative strategy discussions

  • Discover new talent to work with

  • Manage multiple influencer TikTok campaigns simultaneously



You are required to bring your own laptop for this position.
