Eurasia Group is looking for a Sales Operations Associate in São Paulo.

Given the varying nature of our business development needs and the dynamic nature of the firm, the ideal candidate must be a quick learner, a versatile problem solver and a natural navigator of an entrepreneurial environment.
In return, this is an opportunity to join a dynamic Sales Operations team, working closely with Business Development staff, at the world’s premier political risk advisory and consulting firm. This role reports to the Director for Strategic Operations--offering numerous opportunities for interaction with senior leadership at Eurasia Group--with visibility across many different areas of the firm.
Core Responsibilities
- Management of conference call logistics (7-10 calls per week) including client registration and attendance reports, editing audio recordings, and maintaining records of attendance data as well as running weekly VIP calls with guest speakers, scheduling calls, liaising with speakers to ensure a smooth presentation experience and troubleshoot technical issues, updating the conference call user manual and providing trainings to research teams.
- Using Eurasia Group’s cloud-based Business Intelligence platform to produce regular reports and ad hoc analysis of research production and consumption and analyze readership trends in various segments of the client base.
- Approving requests for access to Eurasia Group content on various research aggregation platforms
- Reporting regularly on interactions with specific clients to ensure compliance with MiFID II and other research-related regulations
- Directing website enquiries to the appropriate Business Development teams
- Supporting account management efforts across various Business Development teams including client interaction reporting, contact and account entitlement management in Salesforce, and support other recurring account management activities.
- Ad hoc projects as required.
Required Skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills, full professional fluency in English

- Required: familiarity with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to become proficient in new technologies as needed
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree) with coursework in international affairs, business, finance, marketing or related field
- 1-2+ years’ experience in a professional services environment, preferably a corporate sales function
- Experience interacting with multinational corporations and investment managers
- A strong interest in international affairs and politics, including an understanding of Eurasia Group’s core services
- Fluency with Cisco Webex, Salesforce.com, and Amazon QuickSight
