- Preparar y organizar mesas (manteles, cubiertos, copas).
- Verificar limpieza y orden del área asignada.
- Revisar cartas, menús y promociones del día.
- Coordinar con cocina y barra sobre disponibilidad de platos.
- Recibir y dar la bienvenida a los clientes.
- Presentar el menú y explicar platos, bebidas y recomendaciones.
- Tomar pedidos correctamente.
- Servir alimentos y bebidas respetando normas de higiene.
- Estar atento a las necesidades del cliente (bebidas, adicionales, cambios).
- Resolver quejas o inconvenientes de forma cordial.
- Mantener las mesas limpias y ordenadas durante el servicio.
- Presentar y explicar la cuenta.
- Cobrar (efectivo, tarjeta u otros medios).
- Agradecer al cliente y despedirse amablemente.
- Recoger y limpiar mesas.
- Colaborar con compañeros en horas pico.
- Cumplir normas de seguridad e higiene.
- Mantener una actitud respetuosa y profesional.
- Representar la imagen del establecimiento.
