RN Senior Director, Clinical Services

As a Senior Director, Clinical Services you will:

Provide leadership, direction, and coordination, either through appropriate delegation or directly, to the 24-hour operation of assigned service line inpatient units.  Monitors the sound fiscal management of assigned units and programs and their compliance with the requirements of licensing, regulatory, and accrediting bodies.  Establishes and maintains a clinical environment that enables programs to meet or exceed budgeted census, is proactive and responsive to changes in patient acuity and census, makes appropriate adjustments to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment of care, and fosters staff training, growth, and retention.
