Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control. Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues. Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management. 🧐What you’ll need to succeed Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years Passion for customer service sales. Strong decision-making problem-solving skills. A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
